Terms & Conditions for Ski Maine Statewide Pass Online Purchases – For the 2020-21 season we still have some uncertainty on the operational limitations that may be imposed by the State of Maine.  Please read below carefully.

  • All Sales are Final Passes are not replaceable if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
  • Call ahead or check the ski area web site before you travel.  Things will be a bit different this year and you need to be aware of any possible special instructions before getting in your car.  Know before you go.
  • Ski Maine does not control the operations of any of its members cannot be held liable for any ski areas operational status and will not provide refunds based on specific ski area operations.  If, for some reason, ski areas are not permitted to operate due to state mandated limitations, passes may be used during the 2021-22 season.  This only applies to state ordered closures.
  • It is possible that some of our smaller ski areas may choose not to operate this winter due to operational requirements which would be too expensive to implement.  In this case, we expect that these passes may be used during the 2021-22 season.  We will provide more information when we have any details.
  • Please be aware that every ski area will be required to modify their operational protocols due to state mandated requirements.  Your experience on the mountain will be different than in the past. You will need to maintain physical distancing at all times and wear face coverings at all times, especially when in lift lines, riding lifts, any time you are indoors or any time you cannot maintain six feet of distance outdoors.  Also note that we foresee limitations to access to indoor facilities.  You should be prepared to not depend on indoor facilities during your ski day.
